Balanced Body Burn
Balanced Body Burn, where yoga meets fitness. It is the perfect combination of functional movement training and conscious fitness. A spacial blend of kettlebell strength training, interval training (aka mini-vini blasts) for cardiac health, core fitness for postural enhancement, and PNF stretching techniques to build body awareness and a fabulous physique. Each session will help you build long lean muscles, healthy heart, pain-free workouts, and increased joint mobility. Session size limited, please reserve space ahead of time. Price: Drop-in rate: $45 or 10 classes $400 (see pricing page for other special package pricing available)

Balanced Body:Yoga Tune Up
Balanced Body: Yoga Tune Up builds agility and internal awareness that enables practitioners to understand key alignment priniples for a healthy balanced body. Great for athletes, the inflexible, or those who are recovering from injuries, it emphasizes proper alignment and engagement in each pose. Balanced Body: Yoga Tune Up uses yoga therapy, physical therapy, and PNF stretching techniques to unlock connective tissue and increase joint mobility, all while finding the perfect balance of strength and flexibility.

Vinyasa flow to start the day strong and flexible. Focused on proper alignment within movement, each class will incorporate breath, strong movement, and deep stretching.

Yoga for the Inflexible
Monday/Wednesday 6.30pm-7.30pm
Appropriate for beginners, this class is designed to teach the alignment of flow. Integrating Yoga Tune Up (by Jill Miller), Pranic Flow (by Shiva Rea), yoga therapy, and my own unique flavor you will move deeper into the balance of functional and meditative movement.
