The Concept
At YogaMindWarriorBody, the whole person is trained. Utilizing a combination of postural assessment/correction, functional movement training with kettlebells, therapeutic yoga flow, and massage therapy clients will rediscover their innate personal strength and agility.
What is a Kettlebell?
Kettlebells look like cannon balls with handles that have been around for centuries. They deliver a powerful workout including cardio, strength, and flexibility. The whole body engages to support each movement nothing is left out during the workout. Kettlebells are simply the best workout out there.
Balanced Body Practice:
I am excited to share with you a unique approach to fitness that fuses Hardstyle Kettlebell training with traditional Hatha Yoga principles. This is a new approach that is emerging in the conscious fitness world. Not many are certified in and able to teach both disciplines properly. I have taken the time to emerse myself in both worlds and weave them together fluidly for an intense, pain-free full body workout.
